Job Overview
Radius is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who can work across the complete product lifecycle — from planning and designing features to implementing and deploying them.
As a full stack developer at Radius, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, frontend specialists, and DevOps teams.
The role involves building new features, improving existing ones, and ensuring the platform remains scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Build & Enhance User-Facing Features
- Work closely with the product team to design and develop new functionalities that improve the user experience.
- Convert product requirements into reliable and scalable feature implementations.
2. Work Across a Diverse Technology Stack
You’ll use various tools and languages such as:
- PHP, Go, Node.js
- React / Redux
- Python
- MySQL
- Java (for specific internal modules)
- Bash scripting (for automation tasks)
You may also encounter other modern frameworks and tools as the company frequently evaluates new technologies.
3. Improve Existing Systems
- Enhance current features for better performance, reliability, and usability.
- Optimize internal tools used for client onboarding and implementations.
- Reduce bottlenecks and improve code quality across modules.
4. Modernize the Platform
Take part in upgrading the front-end and back-end systems using modern technologies and best practices.
This includes:
- Migrating to newer frameworks
- Improving core architecture
- Ensuring compatibility with growing traffic and new integrations
5. Work in a Startup Engineering Culture
Since the team is small, you will likely touch many areas of the codebase.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Frontend Skills
- Strong experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks:

Testing Tools
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
