🔴 About The Role

this role involves working closely with Communications, PR, product managers, marketers, program managers, executive leadership, and legal teams to create exciting keynote experiences. You’ll be navigating different team priorities to develop a roadmap and ensure everyone is on the same page. The ideal candidate will be key in shaping the direction of seller event keynotes, ready to adapt and lead within the seller events space.

🔴Key Responsibilities

* ✔️You’d be in charge of the whole keynote strategy for big seller events, like Amazon Accelerate, getting the best content to sellers.

* ✔️It’s a big, complex project, so you’d need to be a strong program manager to keep things moving and everyone aligned.

* ✔️You’d also be making things more efficient, creating processes to keep quality high.

* ✔️And you’d work with other teams to improve how keynotes are done, and keep leadership in the loop.

🔴Basic Qualification

*✔️ At least 5 years of program or project management experience.

* ✔️Experience using data to make improvements.

* ✔️Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to leadership.

* ✔️And 5+ years of experience with timelines and requirements.

🔴Referred Qualification

* ✔️5+ years of experience improving processes.

* ✔️5+ years of experience delivering projects with multiple teams involved.

* ✔️ Experience handling complex problems and tight deadlines.

* ✔️Strong attention to detail and good organization.

*✔️ Experience setting and meeting program requirements.

* ✔️The ability to come up with ideas and make them happen, with a focus on getting things done and meeting deadlines.
